Peter Webster is one of our featured panelists at the Portland Holiday E-Commerce Forum and we had the opportunity to chat with him about SLI System’s services and insight to the growth of e-commerce.
What’s the most common challenge your clients run in to?
The most common challenge that most clients face is having enough time in the day to come up with new e-commerce strategies or implement the most current trending ones. I take the time to vet out the trending ones to see if they are valid for my customers and am always looking for new ways to improve the user experience of my clients websites.
What’s the one thing you wish people knew before they partnered with SLI Systems?
The quality and flexibility of their data will ultimately drive the results of their experience with SLI. Also, that we don’t just use customer service and e-commerce expertise as a selling prop, you really get the white glove, valet style service as promised. It’s part of our culture and a positive feedback loop for our business. As more e-commerce sites optimize site search, online shopping experiences will improve and e-commerce will gain a greater share of the $1.7 trillion retail pie.
