Most of our projects are done on a bid basis. Since once size rarely fits all in website design and development, we want to get a better feel for what you are trying to accomplish. Forix can provide you with an initial estimate based on your concepts. Once we determine the amount of development time and the deadline, Forix will provide you with a web development contract. The work begins as soon as the contract is executed and the first installment is received.

Payment Terms by Web Development Project Size:

For projects less than $8,000:

• 50% to begin development
• 50% at completion/final approval

For projects greater than $8,000:

• 34% to begin development
• 33% at the midway approval process
• 33% at completion/final approval
